Customer Support Centre:

All customer records are held by our Customer Support Centre (CSC) and shared electronically with our adviser network so we both have a comprehensive view of your Personalised Financial Plan, case history, documentation and meeting notes.

As an established customer you can call our CSC within normal working hours to discuss any aspect of your personal finances.

This service is free of charge to holders of an Activeplan™ license.

Web-based Customer Resource Centre:

We are in the process of building our web-based customer support application which we expect to be launched in March 2012.

We will offer our established customers a range of web-based services through a secure portal which will help them manage and meet their objectives in their personalised financial plan.
